New Music Video – David Barr – Monday’s Rain

We filmed this Music Video in London Town for the great track ” Monday’s Rain ” by David Barr. We discussed what the track was about and I came up with some locations where we could film in London.

Filming Music Videos in London

There are many nice locations to rent in London, but if you are looking for something low budget, filming on the streets of London can be effective, depending on what type of Music Video you are looking for. We wanted to get urban style back drops so we visited Brick Lane, but also got some fantastic shots in Soho and the West End. It’s great when filming in London as you get those unexpected moments always, capturing something unique on camera for the Music Video.

Always Enjoy The Music You Are Editing

This a fantastic track from David Barr and reminded me alot of that 90’s Brit Pop Era which was an excellent time for Music with Bands such as Cast, Oasis, Suede and so much more. I wanted to give it quick edits to match the pace of the track and reflect what Dave wanted to say in his lyrics. This track had such a great kick and excellent guitar riffs, it was inspiring to work with, which will always make a better Music Video.
